The full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager position will require local travel and direct nursing care to our contracted facilities along with physical and psychological support to our patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will exhibit a compassionate nature and excellent interpersonal skills. Previous Case Management experience preferred but not required.
